Player "_______I______" hacking?
The player _______I______ had this happening to them a few minutes ago:

Quote:[16:58:02] [Render thread/INFO]: [CHAT] SierraXerxes joined the game
[16:58:07] [Render thread/INFO]: [CHAT] _______I______ was slain by ______I_______ using [\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234\234]
[16:58:20] [Render thread/INFO]: [CHAT] <emilygrudge2004> ....what?

Those \234 are unicode string terminators, if I'm not mistaken, but they just render as [] boxes in the game. I don't see any reason why anyone would play around with stuff like that except for hacking?

If I'm mistaken, I apologize.
Apparently _______I______ and ______I_______ are different people, but I'm not sure. All I know is that one of them has been playing for a while and is nice. Unless it's just his alt account.
They're special characters that do not properly render in all fonts. It is not an indication of hacking.

Ok! Never seen it before and I thought it was weird that they were all \234 (\x9c) since it's a control character and not even possible to type when naming your item. Thanks for checking =)
